Employment Readiness (Performance and Retention) Assessment

The Employment Readiness assessment is widely used as a  hiring tool to determine how productive a job applicant may be and if they are likely to stay with a job. It is highly validated as an accurate predictor of job performance and retention. The assessment can be used for an initial client needs assessment to determine the level of intervention likely needed to prepare a client for employment, or to check how ‘job ready’ a client is before beginning their job search.

Work Personality Assessment
The Personality Work Characteristics assessment is used extensively in business to assist in hiring and building successful work teams. The assessment takes 20-30 minutes to complete and provides an extensive report for clients about “who they are” and how they “function” best in the world of work. Personality factors are also linked to lists of occupations where clients may have the best opportunity for success.
